Spoon Rest, Ceramic Ladle Holder, Stove Top Saver, Soap Dish

A Handmade Ceramic Spoon Rest which has been impressed with a Leaping Hare and finished in a glossy grey/blue and bronze glaze.

Do you struggle on a daily basis with life's big question? : Where do I put this dirty spoon? It's a big one, you just cleaned that stove, or countertop and if you put that dirty spoon on it you're going to have to clean it again...that's where this handy spoon rest comes to the rescue!

Finished in a reactive glaze which 'breaks’ a warm bronze colour over the texture and as seen in the images. The photographs and video show actual items from the most recent micro batch. The colour may look different on each type of monitor.

Quite minimalist but with a decent weight. Can also be used as a soap dish.

Due to the nature of handmade, each one is unique and one of a kind.

Wheel thrown, altered and trimmed in my cosy studio in Wiltshire, UK. Made using stoneware and (food safe) beautiful reactive glazes. Twice fired up to 1200°C Oxidation in an electric kiln. Dishwasher safe, however I recommend hand-washing to prolong its life.
