Ceramic Buttons, ideal for knitting, crochet & sewing projects

Ceramic Button in off white, handmade by Pots About Pottery from high fired stoneware clay. Formed into a slight bowl shape, it will be very durable and perfect for embellishing hats, scarves or gloves.

Each button has been hand glazed and is as seen in photographs.

Diameter = 24mm (0.95”)

Each button is hand formed by me then bisque fired and hand glazed, using food safe, non toxic glazes. The reverse side is left unglazed.

The high fired temperature makes the button more hard wearing and durable. They make a lovely addition to many craft and sewing projects.

Due to the items being handmade, please expect slight variations in size, shape and colour.

All pottery is wheel-thrown or hand built by me (Pots About Pottery) using stoneware clay and glazed in non-toxic (lead free) glaze.

I work from my cosy Wiltshire (UK) studio, each piece is bisque fired, then glazed and fired to 1200 C, oxidation using an electric kiln.
